Treatment List

Traditional Thai Massage
(Nuad Thai)

Nuad Thai or Traditional Thai Massage is a full body Massage without oil. In Western Europe, it is called Thai Yoga Massage. Thai Massage consists of stretching, stretching movements and acupressure from Yoga. Simply put, it is a combination of Yoga (passive) and acupressure, helping to release blockages and find balance in the body.

Aromatherapy Oil Massage

A luxurious blend of long relaxing strokes and essential oils, which have various specialised effects on the body and mind, through skin and inhalation. This therapeutic treatment is designed to create a feeling of physical relaxation and calmness, whilst mentally uplifting and clearing the mind.

Head, Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage

The back, shoulder, neck and head massage focuses on the muscle groups of the upper back as well as the back of the neck and cervical muscles. This area is often tense, especially when doing sedentary activities, and numerous symptoms arise. This massage can help relieve these tensions.

Deep Tissue Massage

The Deep Tissue Massage is similar to Thai Oil Massage but is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. The more intense movements and deep finger pressure produce long-lasting benefits including relaxation and pain relief.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy is the time when most women experience physical discomforts like backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and even swelling. Taking one massage session every fortnight will help you get rid of these aches and swellings, thus improving your sleep pattern.

Thai Foot & Leg Massage

The Thai Foot and Leg Massage incorporates a combination of techniques, including the use of acupressure on the feet (Reflexology), massage and leg stretching. Improved blood circulation and reduced muscle tension are some of the benefits of this treatment. If you’ve had a long day on your feet, or if you’ve been for a long walk or run, this treatment is ideal for you.

Thai Fusion Oil Massage

Thai Fusion Oil Massage is a full body massage that combines traditional Thai massage with classic oil massage techniques.
